1.  What is SnapDollars Cash Back Shopping?

SnapDollars Cash Back Shopping gives you custom links to your favorite online stores. There are over 600 online merchants to choose from and we'll pay you back a percentage of your purchase just by using our links! Before making ANY online purchase, make sure you come to SnapDollars Shopping first...the more you buy the more we'll credit you back!

2.  How soon after making a purchase will my SnapDollars account be credited?

We credit your account instantly and automatically after receving credit from the online merchant. Most report these transactions to us within 2-3 business days, but please allow up to 30 days for your account to be credited.

3.  How can I verify I'm credited for my purchases?

The following steps will insure your account is properly credited for purchases:

  •  COOKIES » Check your browser settings and make sure cookies are enabled. When you visit a merchant, they set a cookie in your browser. After you make a purchase, the merchant knows you came from SnapDollars Shopping because this cookie exists on your computer. Your transaction is then properly reported and the merchant pays us your commission which we pass onto you.
  •  POPUPS » Some browser add-ons (like the Google toolbar) include a pop-up blocker. In fact, even the newest version of Internet Explorer provides this as well. While most blockers will still allow a new page to pop-up after you click it, you should disable any popup blockers temporarily while shopping.
  •  ONLINE ORDERING » All purchases MUST be made on the merchant's website. You cannot call to place your order or use any other alternate method. Again, we need to properly track your transaction. By ordering on the phone, the merchant will not report your transaction to us and therefore we cannot credit your account.
  •  BOOKMARKING FOR LATER » If you check a merchant's website and find an item you would like to purchase on a future date, do not rely on a bookmarked page to purchase. As explained above, our system will not work unless a cookie has been set on your system. In many cases, the original cookie will expire by the time you make your future purchase. In this case, your account would not be credited.
  •  SOFTWARE » If you are running any software on your computer which monitors your online activity, we suggest you temporarily disable itduring shopping. Some software such as Norton and McAfee Internet Security software (and anti-virus tools) will disable cookies, popups and other things which will result in you not being properly credited for your purchase.
  •  SPYWARE » Many spyware applications automatically change your homepage setting. If you are taken to a mysterious site you know nothing about each time you open your browser, there is a good chance you have spyware installed. Spyware will overwrite our cookie tracking and the author of the spyware will receive credit for your purchase; not you. Be sure to run an anti-spyware utility often to keep your system clean so we can properly credit you for your purchases.

4.  My friends frequently make purchases online...can I earn cash back from them?

Of course! Just have your friends or family log into your SnapDollars account and follow our merchant link to make his or her purchase. You will automatically receive credit for their transaction and will receive money back. Whether you choose to share this with them is completely up to you!
